The FireTwin AI service (the "Service") is provided by Karol Liberka (trading as "FireTwin AI", "we", "us"). By using the Service you ("you", "User") enter into a binding agreement with us on the terms set out below. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FireTwin AI is a modular engineering automation platform for fire protection, energy, greenhouse and smart-building workflows. Features and limits depend on your plan and may evolve over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service includes AI-assisted features. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for your prompts, for reviewing outputs, and for any decisions you take based on them. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified professional advice (engineering, legal, regulatory).
We may suspend or terminate access in case of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may terminate your account at any time via the Service or by contacting support. On termination, your access ends; we may retain or delete content in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law.
