30-day money-back guarantee

FireTwin AI (operated by Karol Liberka) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@firetwin.ai with your order reference and we will help you request the refund through Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Renewals and subsequent billing periods

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription period. For subsequent renewals, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges; refund eligibility for renewal charges will be reviewed in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
